"Actually..." Piper

I had to take a moment to document a few Piper-isms.  

• "Actually..."  --a common way for her to start sentences
• "My brain says...." --when she wants something or has an owie, her brain tells her
• "My tummy says ...."  --she's hungry or full
• "I can't tell; it's a secret" (then goes and whispers it in daddy's ear) --this was daddy's birthday present she was supposed to keep secret from him; I guess it doesn't count if you whisper rather than "tell"
• "Does baby Rainbow want a pillow?"  --so SWEET when I am laying down, she'll bring me a little pillow to put under my belly
• "Mom, go lay on the couch so we can play" --I was so excited to be asked to lay down at 8 months pregnant!  She wanted me to say animals so she could act them out--a perfect game for us right now
• "adorable" --when asked what she wants to be for Halloween
• "no" --lying when asked if she hit her sister--this girl is a handful!

Pronunciation from a 3-yr old--
"be-anna" = banana
"fegot" = forgot
"stracted" = distracted

When she grows up, she wants to be the "tooth fairy" and "will need pretend wings."  Now that really IS adorable!
