SOLD the Cressy House

I hope the new owner loves the house and neighborhood as much as we did.  After renting our prior house for a couple years, we prepped it to sell, and once on the market, it didn't take long to sell at all.

During the summer we had cleaners and painters and Chris did some repairs.  Marissa had to come "help" a few times too.  Here she is picking up handfuls of dirt next to daddy shoveling dirt (yes, that made me nervous) to fix up the lawn.

Escrow was just over a month, closing on 9/5/14.

I know we already said "good-bye" to this house two years ago, but I miss it all over again.  I hope to remember all the fond memories of this place for years to come...

  

Marissa kept herself entertained running laps outside and exploring cabinets.  (She is 1 1/2yrs).
