On June 2, 2014, Piper woke up concerned because she thought she swallowed her loose tooth in her sleep. We went back to her bedroom and found the tiny tooth in her bed. Her smile from excitement couldn't be any bigger. She was relieved that the tooth fairy would be able to visit, which she did, leaving a note and a dollar under her other pillow (since now she prefers to sleep any-which-direction and her feet were under her regular pillow).
Her tooth was loose for a few weeks and the adult tooth was just barely noticeable behind it, so she didn't have an empty space for long. She is 5 1/2 years old.
