The week of Chris' birthday, he worked out of town all week, so we emailed him pictures each day and celebrated his birthday without him at home. I held up my Droid smartphone so many times saying, "smile for daddy!" The phone doesn't take fabulous pictures (hard to keep the kids still waiting for the click), but my subjects were pretty darn cute!

The girls had fun wearing party hats, playing and decorating the house with balloons, and eating on birthday party plates for dinner. They love their daddy and gave me an extra hug and kiss for daddy every night.
