Daddy took the girls to the store last weekend to get an aquarium and supplies, then set up the tank before getting actual fish. Addisyn was so excited, she would sit and stare at the water for up to 10 minutes at a time before we even got any fish! Then yesterday afternoon, Daddy took Addisyn to PetSmart and she picked out 3 fish to bring home. She also picked out pink and orange seaweed and a pink unicorn to decorate the aquarium; it is very bright and colorful in there.
This morning, the girls fed the fish and then ate breakfast with them--one kid on each side of the tank so they could both have a good view while eating. They like feeding them, and watching them eat, wiggle, swim, and poop.
They are sure loving their first pets!
