We were eager to participate in this year's La Mesa Flag Day parade, especially since we found Addisyn was a star in last year's--we found her picture in San Diego Family Magazine(June 2010 pg 90).
The girls were all decked out in their red white and blue from head-to-toe. Addisyn even walked some of it (although Karen had tired biceps from holding her the rest of the time), and she waved her pom-pom spiritedly. Piper lounged in the stroller and picked at the red, white, and blue fake flowers we used to decorate it.
