New Crib
Chris put together Addisyn's new bed this weekend. We sold the desk and filing cabinet that was in this room, so now there's room for her new crib (which will convert to a toddler bed) and dresser. She checked out the new crib a couple of times... once in the afternoon, and then again that night after getting in her jammies... and bike helmet :-) She just likes to wear the helmet around the house for whatever reason--we think it is a crack up! She likes hats and her helmet, which is a good thing because she'll be used to it when it comes time that she needs to wear it.

a couple of people commented that if you click on the picture and view it large size you can see Addisyn's "boogies." Her nose has been running the last few days and of course she hates getting it wiped, so we resolved to accept seeing a few crusties. We think she is teething pretty bad right now.
Love thinking about Addisyn going around the house with a helmet on -- never know when she'll need it! Just joking, as I think she deliberates her moves incredibly for her age. Also love the new convertible crib. It looks really sturdy for performing gymnastics on the railings, and the idea of being able to convert it to toddler bed is great. I remember moving Steve & DD from crib into what seemed a humongous twin-sized bed -- not many toddler-sized beds in those days.
