On Superbowl Sunday, she took a solid 6 steps, and by the following weekend, she was walking across the sand at camp in the desert!
It is so cute how she shows her excitement in her face by lifting her eyebrows, smiling open mouthed, and lifting her shoulders.
Her feet are turned out at a 30-45 degree angle as her hips develop (and make room for that diaper too). She picks up her knees and steps flat footed.
She's taking herself on adventures now--

On her own!!!!
She wanted to get across the driveway to get to the play yard. She loves her swing.
Now that she's walking, she doesn't need denim jeans to cross the bridge or go across rocks and dirt, so we can enjoy looking at her baby legs while we enjoy our nice sunny SD winter.
There is no stopping her now!
