Katherine first found the hummingbird nest in our front yard tree and we would see a bird fly in and out sometimes to sit in/on it (it is a very tiny little nest--it took a few minutes for me to see it, even with Katherine pointing it out). But here (picture taken 4/7), it appears the BABY was born! You can just see it's head and beak sticking up out of the nest. Grammy Susan made me take a picture of it for her, so here you are grammy...
As beautiful a day it was, we went on a walk that afternoon, and had to bundle up Addisyn from the cold evening when we went for a walk just before sundown.
